5 Social Media Tips for Farmers Markets and Artisans (plus 2 mobile tips you can’t miss)

Social media marketing is the perfect word-of-mouth tool for farmers markets, artisans and other local food producers.


I was asked to join a panel of media experts (radio, tv, print, and I was the online media speaker) for the Meet Your Maker food conference in Kelowna, BC, presented by Farm Folk City Folk.

We shared a lot of tips to getting more visibility and gaining clients through the use of traditional and online media.

Below I’ve listed my top tips for online marketing and social media for farmers markets, organic farmers, local vendors, producers and artisans.
